主講人介紹:張聰暉,講師。中國(guó)人民大學(xué)博士,師從Izumi Takagi教授,博士期間曾赴日本東北大學(xué)進(jìn)行為期16個(gè)月的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),合作導(dǎo)師Goro Akagi教授;清華大學(xué)博士后,合作導(dǎo)師章梅榮教授,獲得中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金,清華大學(xué)“水木學(xué)者”特別資助等。在《SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis》、《Journal of Differential Equations》、《Discrete and Continuous Dynamical Systems-A》等數(shù)學(xué)期刊發(fā)表論文十余篇。


內(nèi)容介紹:We consider a receptor-based model which arises from the modeling of interactions between intracellular processes and diffusible signaling factors. By applying the variational method, we prove the existence of stationary solutions with jump discontinuity. Then a singular perturbation problem with discontinuous nonlinearity is studied based on the patching argument and the implicit function theorem, to obtain a solution with a single transition layer. Moreover, we derive a sufficient condition for the stability of stationary solutions with jump discontinuity. This talk is based on a joint work with Professors Akagi Goro and Izumi Takagi.
