主講人介紹：劉兆理，曾任山東大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院教授，現(xiàn)任首都師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院教授，從事非線(xiàn)性分析方向的研究，發(fā)展了下降流不變集方法，在非線(xiàn)性橢圓型方程解的存在性方面獲得多項(xiàng)有意義的研究成果。曾獲得國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、4項(xiàng)省部級(jí)科研一等獎(jiǎng)和二等獎(jiǎng)、北京市首批高層次人才稱(chēng)號(hào)、首都勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)?、北京市?yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)教師稱(chēng)號(hào)。目前擔(dān)任國(guó)內(nèi)外6個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)期刊的編委。

內(nèi)容介紹：In this presentation, I will discuss recent advances in determining the number of positive solutions for a particular elliptic system. This system arises naturally in several important physical models, including Bose-Einstein condensate theory and nonlinear optics. Our findings reveal several interesting phenomena: the existence of multiple positive solutions in certain parameter regimes, precise solution counts in specific cases, and the monotonic dependence of solution numbers on system parameters across different regions. This is joint work with Yongtao Jing, Fanqin Liu, Haidong Liu, Yanyan Liu, Juncheng Wei, Zhangjian Yan.
