主講人介紹：劉祖漢教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。1984年8月畢業(yè)于原揚(yáng)州師范學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)系并留校任教，歷任揚(yáng)州大學(xué)理學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)系主任、數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)；1988年9月至1994年6月在蘇州大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系讀研，獲得博士學(xué)位。2003年入選教育部“優(yōu)秀青年教師資助計(jì)劃”。2003年12月起，歷任江蘇師范大學(xué)黨委常委、副校長(zhǎng)，揚(yáng)州大學(xué)黨委常委、副校長(zhǎng)、副書(shū)記；2018年10月至2022年8月任鹽城工學(xué)院黨委書(shū)記。長(zhǎng)期從事偏微分方程的研究，多次參加國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目會(huì)議評(píng)審，在SIAM J. Math. Anal.，J. Funct. Anal.，SIAM J. Appl. Math., JDE，CVPDE，European J. Applied. Math.等重要國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)期刊上發(fā)表研究論文100余篇。

內(nèi)容介紹：The purpose of this talk is devoted to investigating a fractional egg-sperm chemotaxis model of coral in the whole space Rn(n ? 3). In previous work, one obtained the global well-posedness of solutions to the classical chemotaxis-Stokes system in R3. As a new exploration, we prove the global existence and obtain the optimal convergence rates of mild solution of the fractional chemotaxis-Navier-Stokes system modeling coral fertilization.
