主講人介紹：王維克，現(xiàn)任自然科學(xué)院常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)，上海交通大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院特聘教授，致遠(yuǎn)學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)項(xiàng)目主任，上海工業(yè)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)監(jiān)事長(zhǎng)，國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)雜志《Communication on Pure and Applied Analysis》合作主編。曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任武漢大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系主任，上海交通大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系主任，中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，上海數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)。王維克教授長(zhǎng)期從事偏微分方程的研究，曾兩次作為主要參與者獲教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)，主持多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委項(xiàng)目，發(fā)表高水平論文百余篇，2011年主持獲得上海市自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)。培養(yǎng)的博士生兩人次獲得上海市優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獎(jiǎng)，一人次獲得全國(guó)優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文提名獎(jiǎng)。王維克教授長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任《數(shù)學(xué)之旅》和《數(shù)學(xué)分析》課程教學(xué)， 2011 獲得上海高校教學(xué)名師獎(jiǎng)，2012年主講的通識(shí)課程《數(shù)學(xué)之旅》遴選為教育部“精品視頻公開(kāi)課”，2014年作為主要參與者獲國(guó)家級(jí)教學(xué)成果第一獎(jiǎng)， 2014 年獲寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師特等提名獎(jiǎng)。主講的通識(shí)課程《數(shù)學(xué)之旅》遴選為國(guó)家精品在線(xiàn)課程。

內(nèi)容介紹：We introduce the planar helical flows on three dimensional torus and study the dissipation enhancement of such flows. Then use such flows as transport flows to solve the three dimensional Keller-Segel equations. The global classical solution of the three dimensional Keller-Segel is ensured for any size of the torus with arbitrarily large initial data.
