主講人介紹:易英飛教授,吉林大學(xué)柔性引進(jìn)人才特聘教授,杰出青年基金(B)獲得者, 阿爾伯塔大學(xué) Killiam 講座教授,佐治亞理工學(xué)院兼職教授,Journal of Dynamics and Differential Equations 雜志主編、Journal of Differential Equations等雜志的編委,研究方向?yàn)閯?dòng)力系統(tǒng)、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)等動(dòng)力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論, 在哈密頓動(dòng)力學(xué)、 斜積流、隨機(jī)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)和瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力學(xué)等領(lǐng)域均作出突出的貢獻(xiàn)。在國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表文章 80 余篇,引用 2000余次。
內(nèi)容介紹:Quasi-stationary distributions (QSDs), representing transient states of a diffusion process admitting an extinction state, arise frequently in applications especially in chemical reactions and population dynamics, but there are only limited rigorous studies on the subject. This talk will present some new results on the existence, uniqueness, and convergence of QSDs along with their connections to the spectrum of the Fokker-Planck operator. Applications to cooperative, competitive, and predator-prey Lotka-Volterra systems will also be discussed.
